To benefit the American Red Cross and the Rochester Chef’s Association. The event will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Valley Oak Event Center at the Quality Inn in Geneseo, NY. Once again, WBEE Radio personality Jeremy Newman will be our Master of Ceremonies. 	Educational Scholarship ACF Rochester offers up to $500.00 to members of the Chapter. It can be used only for culinary or hospitality related study. The board is also willing to consider applicants who are taking the certification practical exam. See the President for details.
