If you have not heard, the VFW closed its doors. Our new meeting place will be at Riveredge Manor, 535 MT. Hope Ave. hosted by Brad Butler, Sergeant at Arms. There are directions posted on our website at acfrochester.org.

We will have two guests at this month's General Meeting. Eric Rose from Sysco Syracuse will demonstrate garnishes, and Shelly Cunningham from State Venture Group will show us new products. Please come out to show your support for them and for our chapter. The meeting is on June 25, 2007 at 6:30 pm at Riveredge Manor, 535 Mt. Hope Ave.

The first annual Presidents Award and Chef of the Year Dinner will take place at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center on September 30, 2007. John Eschler, CEC will be the Chef de Cuisine for this event. David Festenstein, the chair for this event will need hands to help organize and execute this function.
