For those of you who don’t know the 31st Presidents Awards and Chef of the Year dinner will be on September 30,2007 at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center with a champagne reception and hors d’oeuvre action stations starting at 5 pm and dinner starting at 6 pm. All help from our membership would be greatly appreciated by either executing the dinner from the kitchen or help with final organization for the party.

Our next meeting is September 10, 2007 at 535 Mt. Hope Ave. River Edge Manor starting at 6:30 pm to finalize the dinner. If you cannot make the meeting and want to help with the dinner or attend, there are several ways you can go about this.
1. Call 271-1010 x 159 to reserve a ticket or table and the cost can be paid that evening upon arriving
2. Send a check payable to ACF Rochester P.O. box 307 Fairport, NY 14450 with name(s) and phone number.
3. Contact David Festenstien via e-mail by going to www. acfrochester.org and clicking on the link.
As a reminder if you are a member you are allowed 2 tickets at $50.00 and any other tickets will be $75.00. The dinner is black tie optional.

At the last meeting I mentioned that we are looking for a place to hold our annual joint meeting with the Rochester Chapter Restaurant Association in January. As of right now CIBI in Mendon offered to host. Any one else interested to offer there restaurant or club for this dinner can bring it up at the meeting or contact me.
Our membership will also be looking for ideas for our next fundraiser to keep our chapter strong.
