Chapter Profile

ACF Professional Chefs/Cooks Association of Rochester Inc. is a group of culinary professionals, educators, culinary students and food purveyors gathered together to promote good food, help insure proper sanitation and increase the profile of the food service worker. We strive to bring to our members the newest trends in the industry, while instilling in our junior members the need to learn the basics of good cooking and baking skills. Our monthly meetings are based around food and its preparation. We, as a chapter, are dedicated to helping our members advance their careers through certification and education.

We also work hard to give back to the community through our work with the Chef and the Child Foundation of the ACF.

As members of the ACF we belive in the tenents of the CULINARIAN'S CODE
